It looks like you are missing the upper part of the variant manager window. There should be a list of components and below the parameters for the highlighted component. There is a separator so maybe you can try dragging near the top to open up the upper list.
If that doesn't work then it may be worth trying some of the techniques in our knowledge base article to reset your window layouts.
