Id use the raspberry pi to run my foundry VTT server, a media server and a retro games system

I would use the RPi 5 as an interface between Alexa and home automation. I have a string of weatherproof 2812 LEDs across my front porch that are currently controlled by an Arduino. To change the lights from 'normal' lighting (soft, warm white lights) to Christmas or other holiday lights (brighter, multi-colored lights either with stationary and static colors with either brightness fade, movement, or blinking), I have to connect a laptop to the Arduino and manually upload the program that I'd like to run. With the RPi5, I should be able to just tell Alexa "Alexa, load front porch Christmas lights." and have my lighting decorations up just like that. I can tie in things like the basement heater to prevent frozen pipes, or the sprinklers for the lawn. RPi5 has WiFi and the power and storage capacity (via M2 SSD interface) for all of this and more.

Cat House monitoring (motion triggered video recording and on demand video call) and efficient temperature control (maintain basic temperature, raise when cat is present - or cool down, if too hot in the summer)

I'd use it to further enthuse the 47 year 6s (¾ of them girls) of my Code Club into coding.

I have a zero w ,I built a model of home from it
I will try improving it with pi 5 and even host up a console on web User interface with pi 5.
