  • I would build a full three axes antenna controller capable of keeping a big satellite dish on tracking (3m+) on Ku and S bands. Furthermore, the raspberry will manage also the RSI signal of a beacon RX module. All the informations and commands, will be displayed locally and available over the local network.

    I would like to build an online radio streaming station with YouTube integration. It will have a touch screen and a battery backup to be portable. The software will be written from scratch by myself.

  • Im 14 years old and i have a hobby for raspbery pis. It would be amazing if i could have a RPI 5. I have a self-hosted website about raspberry pi's, https://pihow.co.uk . It is a website where I plan to post raspberry pi projects for people to follow and create things themselves, such as print server, web server, nas server, and a vpn, and how to combine the vpn with the nas server to access their nas from outside their home network. having a raspberry pi 5 will help me make more powerful projects and to also try out and exeriment with projects on an rpi5 before posting them. 

  • I would use it to create miniature movies with as much of the filming to be completed as possible with the RPI5. That includes automated camera and joystick controlled action scenes all done with the camera. The fun part will be setting up anywhere I want for the background. A sandbox could be a desert scene if the angles are right. A jungle scene can be a terrarium for examples. It's worth trying it for my first time on this style of project. Then use some slight animation overlay to give it a more realistic look. Similar to the movie Wizards from way back.
