Win a Raspberry Pi 5 from the element14 Community!

I want use Raspberry Pi 5 for image classification of migratory birds  in my area. Lots of birds in my area is poached by local people . Classification system will help us to aware local people of their significance in our eco-system & effect of global warming on migratory birds and our eco-system. I will be happy to build a tiny computer with all sensors needed for a remote astronomical observatory ( motor drive/ cameras/astronomical apps / weather ...) with the fewest energy as possible. (Autonomous electric production ) 

The idea is to put the  mobile observatory where we want, and manage it with cell phone modem or another radio device

I'd use it to build a touch-screen support service system supported by solar that would be deployed in a bus shelter advertising screen / shop window. Accompanied with a huge poster that says "Are you homeless? Help is here" with an arrow to the screen. The pi5 would act as both an online and offline (when data access isn't possible) database of support services; food banks; housing and training/education/employment opportunities. I will make sure it shows details of people's legal rights and how to present themselves at the local councils housing needs dept. I'll ensure it works alongside streetlink to notify councils of genuine homeless statistics and locations of those who are rough sleeping. Probing outreach teams to take action. This will give a homeless person access to all available support in the local area 'out of hours' when they're most vulnerable. It would also allow those who are homeless to access various other services such as warmshowers; couchsurfing; workaway etc. Usually the only opportunity any homeless person has to get online in the UK is at a day centre or library 9-5, Monday to Friday. Using this pi5 project as a blueprint, I will gather developers to work open-source on this project to improve it constantly, so we can then get more deployed - by inspiring others to build similar units and deploy them in their local community if there's a need. This will be a great project because it will promote the social good aspect of tech. #Tech4Good
