In last years I used most time used Raspberry Pi for some kind of long-term automation. For example, last few months two of my Raspberry Pies was running experiments (one Rpi 4B and one 3B+) to evaluate…

I already have a Raspberry Pi Zero; I tried desktop on it, but Zero doesn't have processing power, which is why I need a Raspberry Pi 5.

I would probably set this up as a server to receive weather information, and display it on a smart mirror. It would get weather info from the home built station in my backyard.

I am going to use rpi 5 to build a mesh network for my autonomous drones. I have already build a fully functional flight controller in my cheap diy drones using rpi pico (because that's the only modal I could afford Slight smile )

I'm currently developing an AI bot designed to assist visually impaired individuals in identifying objects. This project is slated for presentation at a Maker Fest event happening at my school in December. At the moment, I'm running the project on my laptop, but to make it more practical and portable for the event and to show the final product, I'm enthusiastic about integrating the Raspberry Pi 5. Its compact size and substantial computing capabilities would be an ideal match for enhancing both the project's portability and overall functionality. Furthermore, incorporating the Raspberry Pi 5 into the bot allows me to showcase a finished product, making the project even more compelling and tangible for the Maker Fest event.

I would like to build my ultra low power homelab for my personal cloud stack. Learning devops in cloud provider service is quite expensive, not even mentioning flaky internet in my country. But deploying to raspberry pi on my local network should be much faster
