I developed two PCB for different projects and stumbled on a third option.
One board is 3VDC-5VDC buffer/level shifter for Raspberry Pi. The other board is a multi-input, FET switch that provides 12VDC output. I discovered today if I replace the input screw connectors on the FET board with 2.54 header pins it mates perfectly with the outputs of the buffer/logic shifter board when I removed the boards output screw terminals.
YES, fist pump! This provides another output power option of 12VDC on the buffer/level shifter with minimal work. I explained my success to my spouse and all I got ambivalence. I guess the satisfaction is a tech thing.
