Hello - and welcome to element14 !

  • I only got the Raspberry Pi right when it came out because I wanted one from the first batch! If the USA compliance testing causes delays making staying up for hours to buy  one from the first batch wasted time, I'm going to be mad.

    Rant over, but why would this sort of thing even be considered? Ship by which batch someone ordered from, at least the first one or two of batches. That way, even if someone ordering off of the 2nd batch doesn't get one from the 2711th (in hex) pi, they'll still get one from the first E.G. 4E20 (if one more batch of 10k) rather than one from the first 1 86A0 pi's.
