What's Your Pi Plan??

Hi!

 

Just curious about what people were planning on using their Raspberry Pi's for once they started getting them!??

 

Current plan- SFF Media PC / NAS etc mounted onto the VESA on the back of my TV

 

Later plan- Replace car stereo etc with RPi

 

Probably not the most origional use there but still, godda start somewhere!

    Use it to control my cars lighting (have single colour now want to switch to rgb and control them)

    Use the same or another one to dispay car information. (speed rpm, temp etc)

    Since i have got wifi tethering on my phone prolly internet and stuff if i want.

     

    Other then that:

    One in my man cave to use as a pc, with a touchscreen. easy for surfing for info and running music while working on projects.

     

    Mediacenter

     

    Files server

     

    maybe a 5th one to use for projects and fun stuff

     

    maybe gut an old console and make it a retro games player.
