What is with my order

hello i pre-order pi on 29/02/2012 11:19 and only revice "Farnell Order Acknowledgement" but i did not recive estimated delivery time that other users did can someone tell me what happened with my order because I see that Order Status is still same as it was on day of order and it's been 5 day's now

    You will find that these forums aren't the best place to get status on your orders. For that you will need to use the "contact us" link on the website you used for your purchase. You will likely need to provide your order number for reference.

     

    I will say that I ordered on 29 Feb as well and have asked "Newark" (farnell's north American partner) the same questions as you but have not had much success in getting a response.
