How many of the correct ethernet jacks does the factory currently have?
Have any of the reworked units successfully booted?
How are the reworked units being testing at the factory?
Is ethernet connectivity being tested at the factory?
Are the connectors normally soldered on by hand, or
is that normally automated?
Are the connectors normally soldered on before or
after the pick-n-place machines populate the boards?
Are the pcb's manufactured in the same plant, or somewhere else?
