where do i order the mini usb power supply from? or does this come with the Raspberry Pi ?

I use a powered USB hub. I takes a 5v 2.5mm dc jack to power the hub, then I plug a USB A to micro USB lead to provide the power to the Pi.
It works well and to remove power from the Pi, I just pull the dc jack from the hub.
