Bonjour,

 

J'ai reçu mon Rapsberry Pi aujourd'*** et je suis surpris de voir à la place du ARM11 de Broadcom un Samsung...

 

Après recherche sur internet, il s'agirait de DRAM de 2Gb...

C'est normal ? Comment cela a t il pu se produire ?

    Bonjour,

    le composant de l'Broadcom est un SOC avec le CPU sous et au-dessus de la mémoire

    En anglais, on appel ça "Package on Package (PoP)".  Voici Wikipedia en anglais: Package on Package.

    L'Broadcom a une BGA (http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matrice_de_billes) ci-dessous et au-dessus des contacts sur lequel est soudé à la mémoire (BGA qui a une plus bas). À son tour, le Broadcom est soudé sur la carte: est un espace standard (SiP: http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/System_in_package) pour enregistrer et permet de superposer un certain nombre de circuits intégrés.
