yes, you have kept very calm and waited patiently!
Although there have been lots of recent reports of notices
of shipping delays, yours is the only one I've seen lately
that's been cancelled. So there may be some unique
circumstance. Did they say why?
Clearly the time for patience is over and you need to
ring them up, send a PM to customer support,
send a tweet to element14, or all of the above.
