Problem Placed a Order but no confirmation info

Hi, i have registered my interest. After few days I have received an email to place the order.

Today, when I put my order, I have clicked in Submit Order button, so I think I have placed the order correctly.

The problem is, I don't have received any confirmation of that, no email, nothing appear on the screen...

How I know if everything is right? It's normal this procedure?

If you can Private Message us with the email address you used whilst placing your order, we will be able to look into this for you.

I've got a similar issue. I registered my interest, and got an email on the 3rd from Farnell saying I could pre-order it.

I clicked on the link and clicked that I was a consumer, but the link it tried to take me to was dead.

The next day I tried again and it took me to a page, I entered all my credit card and address details and then clicked submit, and again the page it took me to did not load. I tried to refresh but was taken back to the main page.

I have no idea if the order went through. So I emailed the address I got the email from and have had no reply, that's been more than a week now.

Identical situation here. Ordered in May. ORP number issued. E-Mail on 20th June confirming delivery "the week commencing 02/07/2012" which was last week. Nothing arrived here yet and no new e-mail either.

Oh my, you guys scare mne right now.

I had ordered mine weeks ago and haven't gotten a confirmation email either. Just like alison Hope, the site didn't work for me either, 2nd time worked, put in all credit card details and after I clicked submit I was sent to the main page again, so I assumed it went through. I'm dealing with this for months now, if this will mean yet another delay, I'm going crazy, seriously. Does anyone know how to contact Element 14?

Done that the same day, they asked me for my mail adress, gave it to them. 2 days now, no news ...
