I was charged 1 dollar twice on my credit card by newmark. Is it normal? Should I be worried? My invoice shows that I made 1 order for 1 rasberry pi B board. Total is 53.11 CAD

Your card wont charge till shipped. Thats just the "hey is this card real" charge. It will drop back into your account.
