Order the 11th may and no news since

Hello all,

 

the title is clear, after receving an email, i placed an order for the rpi and since i have no news about Farnell.

 

I gave my credit card number so i'm a little bothered about it.

 

Can someone help me, even in private?


FYI, I had no order number and no confirmation mail.

    I have more or less the same problem..

    email received, I placed an order for the Raspberry PI on 5th of july.. no email with the order confirmation received..

    I received yesterday the invoice by mail (!?!?)

    On farnel website I see no orders on my account, and there is no order search function..

     

    I wrote a private message to Customer Support but no feedback, it seems that they give priority to cleaning the the complaining post on the forum..

     

    A colleague of mine bought it from an other seller in the same period and he received it already..

     

    The funny thing is that I am working in Cambridge: Broadcom and Eben Upton are just around the corner..
