What is the name of the "little subby thing, nicely half-round, that sticks out about 1 cm. The product ID is 0a12:0001, using a Cambridge Silicon Radios chip"?

Just to make sure 
I went out and bought another one ... for my laptop, yes, that's right.... It's anonymous too. The label says "Bluetooth USB Dongle" - but you already knew that. There is a little sticker on the back that says "Power Data 10020584" but I doubt that helps much. It does say "Made in China', but, again, you knew that, too. Here's a picture of the three of them:
