Raspberry Pi networking box with proxies, needing help building one.

I've seen the Onion Pi (Raspberry Pi with Tor) networking box, but I have a slight issue with that.

First I need something with gigabit ethernet, as that's the speeds of the network I'm using.

Second I need a second ethernet port, I need ehternet in then have the packets either go to the wifi dongle and the second port.

I haven't done much research on what the Pi is capable of, so I'm new to it. I know arduino has shields and beaglebone has capes, does the Pi have anything like that?

I will also be running more then just Tor on this, I will also use I2P and Privoxy. I have found this site showing how to use the three together.

I'm not sure where to even start on this, so I'm asking all of you for help in creating this. Also if it's possible can more ethernet out ports be put on? If it's not I could just buy a hub or switch (I've been out of networking so I'm kind of rusty on which is which).

I have actually found something that will work! It is the UDOO, it has gigabit ethernet and it's compatible with all arduino shields. So this will solve all my needs, plus it has a sata port so I can add my own personal storage. It also includes wifi on the board! So It won't be too hard to make even more than what I originally wanted!

If you want power and built in stuff i'd go with this nitrogen6x or the marsboard for cheaper but not gigabit

That marsboard doesn't look bad, does it have any boards you can add to it? I noticed it has pins on it. Also the color is differen't, but kinda cool.

140 extend pin headers, you can pretty much convert any sheild to work with it if you really wanted to.
