Instructions for compiling the wolfson audio card kernel drivers and supported use cases

Hi Guys,

 

Attached are some instructions for compiling the wolfson audio card kernel drivers into Raspbian and get the software up and running from a Command Line Interface.

 

Please post back here if you find any issues with getting this to work.

    So fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

     

    Many thanks Andy...   I will build a new Raspbian  card, once the current Wolfson audio image has completed

     

    Unfortunately,  the first Wolson  image I made refused to boot, I am dd'ing it a second time  at the moment, Its a slow job dd'ing 8GB images! It's about 60% done. I will hang on till the end and try it again, before I try  a vanilla raspbian.
