Ordering it today and can not wait to receive it! What do you guys think about it and what are the PRO's and CON's(if any) of this starter kit? Also what accessories do you suggest I get for it?

For starters you will eventually want to control stuff and this is a great low risk way of doing it and loads of support in the comunity
and forum stuff Running a Temperature - The Ultimate Raspberry Pi Bundle
maybe one of these temp sensors , I cant see it in the kit and seems to have plenty of examples in the community using a PI with it. DS18B20+. - MAXIM INTEGRATED PRODUCTS DS18B20+. - THERMOMETER, PROG, 12BIT, 3TO92 | Newark element14 US
If your going to be adding extras to this via USB then I would suggest using a decent powered USB hub vs directly connecting to the PI, there are many documented issues with the power dropping too low and causing instability with PI's (See this if your interested on some background Raspberry PI:- USB power cables, crashing and other problems) you will be thanking yourself in the long run 961 - ADAFRUIT INDUSTRIES 961 - HUB, USB2.0, BUS/SELF POWERED, 7PORT, 5V, 2A | Newark element14 US
WIFI Adapter makes life much easier see 814 - ADAFRUIT INDUSTRIES 814 - MINIATURE WIFI MODULE, RASPBERRY PI | Newark element14 US
and this maybe 1109 - ADAFRUIT INDUSTRIES 1109 - RGB POSITIVE 16X2 LCD + KEYPAD KIT, RASPBERRY PI | Newark element14 US
have fun
