Solar Powered Pi?

Hello! I am planning to build a pi project, but far from a power outlet. I was wondering if you could use solar panels as a charger for batteries. If so, how?

I found this website with a tutorial. Also if you plan on adding extra part (motors etc) then you may need more power

Thank you! Do you know what voltage solar panel to use? Would it just be 12V?

I think that you would charge a small battery then use the battery to power the pi.
