Raspberry Pi Display board

I recently purchased a Raspberry Pi touch display but the kit will not assemble. The display ribbon cable will not slot in the the terminal on the back of the adapter board.

I will move this over to the Raspberry Pi Accessories area as it is a better fit as one of our members may have a solution. I noticed you are in the UK, if you purchased the product from one of our commercial stores and feel an RMA is needed, please click HERE for Farnell element14 or HERE for CPC. If you purchased from another store not directly associated with Farnell element14, element14, or Newark element14 you would need to contact them for an RMA.
