Can anyone help?

Hi guys, Can anyone tell me why python3 is not loading, just coming up with the error in my attached photo? Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards, Richard.

Some people have reported this error when importing a module containing files with a similar name to others in the working directory.
