Pixy (CMUcam5) | Charmed Labs

I keep seeing advertisements for this "learning" camera but some of the reviews make it sound like it is more hype then actual value. Anyone had a chance to test this with RPi?

IT looks like the cmucam.org website has a lot of information. Check
http://cmucam.org/projects/cmucam5/wiki/Hooking_up_Pixy_to_a_Raspberry_Pi

I haven't tried it yet but I plan to soon.
