Is the SDIO lines supporting the SD card on the raspberry PiZero the same as the ones on P1?

Is there a way to use those SDIO on P1 to support WiFi?

These appear to be the same as the Micro SD on Pi2 not the regular sized P1 SD card.

I know, my question is about the SDIO bus. The processor supports 2 SDIO devices; one is the microSD for booting, however P1 has SDIP available at GPIO22-27 (15,16,18,22,37,13).
My question is are the SDIO lines on P1 is related to the second SDIO device or are they the same ones connected to the micro SD?
