RPI personal assistant software

Question

I want to use the RPi and make a assistant app(like Siri which can have a conversation type way and activated by a command i.e. for Siri you say Siri and for google now you say Okay Google ) but I also want to do other objects. For example when someone says hello, the assistant software replies hello and makes the LED dim or bright. Also it would be nice to use object recognition and object tracking, I'm using a raspberry pi 2.

This is a crystal ball question since M$ is about the bottom line. If it sells more, yes is the answer! As to more advanced I would say no. But you make your choice independent of M$ since they will do so on their own time frame.
