make ble device transmit by HW/sw signal only

Hello

I am trying to build a project using BT BLE receiver and transmitter

on the transmitter side, I need it to transmit a beacon about 50 times a second, and only when I tell it to (i.e by a sw write or a hw signal)

is it possible? which BLE module should I use?

I am fairly certain that if the beacon can not directly be turned off, the entire transmitter can.
