how do I connect my raspberry PI 3 to my 7'' touch screen display?

I have just bought a 7 inch touch screen display but it didn't come with instruction on how to connect the ribbon cable and the 4 jumper cables. Can anyone provide this information please.

I believe an episode of the Ben Heck Show (available at this element14 Site) had a Project using the 7" touch screen, RaspPi (albeit RP2), BitScope: together to make a Digital/Analog Oscilloscope. Check it out for ideas/tips.
