i am using a Raspberry pi model B to log the data. I had setup the 1-wire bus using this page https://www.modmypi.com/blog/ds18b20-one-wire-digital-temperature-sensor-and-the-raspberry-pi and also using the on board serial on pin 8 and 10. Both connections share the ground at pin 6. The one 1-wire temperature sensor works and the serial connection from the solar charge controller work but the 1-wire sensor won't work with serial connected. With both connected under /sys/bus/w1/devices the sensor shows up with the wrong id and sometime multiples of the same id. It his point I'm questioning where or not I have noise issue that is interfering with the 1-wire sensor. Anybody have any ideas?
