Would this work for a raspberry pi 3 B? I am planning on buying a raspberry Pi 3 B and using it with some older VGA monitors, and I am wondering if this specific adapter would work.
Also, what is the difference between these adapters?

I have a generic HDMI-VGA (#1), as well as a HDMI-DVI cable. The cables you linked, also have a 3.5mm audio jack for output to the screen/projector/speakers. I bought the VGA one with hopes of using it on my PS4 to a spare PC monitor when I fly away with work. I can tell you that the HDMI-VGA adapter did not work in the PS4, but it did work for my Xbone and Xbox360. I have not tested with my Raspberry Pi 3B, but I can have a result for you tomorrow as I fly home late tonight.
