RPi Official 7 Inch Touchscreen Not Working

Question

recently bought RPi 7 inch touchscreen and for few days it worked as expected, but When i tried to connect the touch screen with RPi, It displays with few color lines and nothing more . I have attached the reference picture for the same . Any help regarding this will be highly appreciated and please let me know if the required information is not sufficient ,

Also, there are some photos here showing how you can examine the connectors to ensure they are correctly contacting with the flat flex:

If this doesn't help, it could just be faulty and need replacing. But you should check those two links, because if it originally worked but now generates garbage, you've likely unseated a flat flex cable slightly.
