Go to the Raspberry Pi website.
They have all kinds of IO support links and articles.

I don't think the link works to show the power supply you are looking to connect to the Pi. Could you post what model this is or correct the link.
As far as connecting to the Pi, the following is a link showing the pinout of the GPIO Header on the Pi which may provide you with what you are looking for.
The link should work. Are you signed into Adafruit?
You'll also need a perf board if you want it to be a soldered up board.

No, I did not see a reason to log into Adafruit.
Requiring folks to have to log into another site such as Adafruit from element14 to see what product is being reference might not be the most efficient way of posting for assistance.
Providing a generic reference or just posing the detail of the product might be a better option.
And all of the Ground pins are wired together, choose any one that is convenient, choose as many Ground pins as you want.
Maybe use a single ground. Wiring multiple together may create a ground loop.
