hi ı have element 14 7 inch screen it is not working how ı can test it could you share datasheet or service manuel  or how ı can buy adaptorboard ı think broken adaptor board

    Hi Omer,

     

    There are no spares or service manual, and there is no engineering-level datasheet either. It is a consumer product, these documents have never been available.

    If you are 100% sure your board is damaged, if you're lucky maybe eventually someone sells (say) a broken screen display on ebay, and you can swap out the board.

     

    If you are not sure, then you can do a manual visible inspection (without a service manual) in case you have connected it incorrectly, and check if the supply is capable of operating the display and the Pi. Connections, and power supply are popular issues. Anyway, you can refer here for some detailed photos showing the connections, that you can compare with your set-up: Raspberry Pi 7” Capacitive Touch Display: Assembly and Enclosure
