There are no spares or service manual, and there is no engineering-level datasheet either. It is a consumer product, these documents have never been available.
If you are 100% sure your board is damaged, if you're lucky maybe eventually someone sells (say) a broken screen display on ebay, and you can swap out the board.
If you are not sure, then you can do a manual visible inspection (without a service manual) in case you have connected it incorrectly, and check if the supply is capable of operating the display and the Pi. Connections, and power supply are popular issues.
