In most cases the answer would be no. It would be rare to find a Laptop lcd screen with the proper inputs. There may be a chance that you couldn't connect it even with extra parts. But as with everything, the answer is "It depends", we would have to know the exact LCD screen that you are trying to connect to, but I'd say the chances of it working are low.
