Can you attach your raspberry pi directly to a laptop lcd screen without buying extra parts?
LCD's require a specific digital input, most commonly Low Voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS).
Without the use of a driver board to convert signals, the LCD is pretty much useless.
If the laptop were put together and working, there is a way to use the LCD and Keyboard of a laptop with the Raspberry Pi with the use of a standard Ethernet Cable. Use your desktop or laptop screen and keyboard with your Pi | Raspberry Pi
