I had checked the box that said, "wait until order is complete before shipping." The sd cards will likely hold everything back because they're out until late March, so I talked to customer service and they were able to change it back to shipping each individual piece as they come in. I believe that's what was the issue. By the way, their service is immediate, which was appreciated. Hope this helps anybody else.
