raspberry pi to rca tv help

i just got my first raspberry pi B+ and only have a old rca tv and have cant seem to make it work i tested it with a hdmi tv and it works and we loaded raspbian but it still wont work with a rca adaptor any help will be grate thanks?

the connectors are the yellow red and white i tested the adapter cord with a multimeter and they are wired correctly

Yes, you could connect via HDMI and make the necessary configuration changes. Alternatively you could write a default Raspbian image directly to the card, which seems to auto-sense the input.

is there some ware i can get the file to upload to my SD card i don't now much about righting code and stuff any help will be grate.

I don't have much experience with NOOBS, but with Raspbian if you put your SD card into your computer you may get a partition called boot. In there may be the config.txt file.

are you opening up botched.bin?

if so, this isn't the file I was referring to. There could/should also be a file called config.txt in the same folder.

Ok. Your installation may not require a config.txt.
Try the step by step solution on this page: https://bhavyanshu.me/tutorials/force-raspberry-pi-output-to-composite-video-instead-of-hdmi/03/03/2014/

In step 3 it will ask you to press 1,2,3, or 4. Number 3 is for PAL televisions, and 4 is for NTSC televisions.

ok so i got it to display the os screen comes up and when i upload raspbian but when it finished the popup came up and sed it was finished i clicked on it and it went back to blue screen any help?
