was wondering if i could get 123d on my raspberry pi or if there is any alternative?

I have never used 123d, but I believe 123D Circuits it is web based, so you should be able to use it with a web-browser on your raspberry pi.
Tinkercad is the online version of 123D (more or less.) Check it out at https://www.tinkercad.com/. It has pretty much the same look and feel but if you are used to 123D you may find it a bit disappointing.
