Writing Python on a Lap Top.

Question

Does anyone know of a Python Emulator that will allow me to write code on my Lap Top using Windows 7? I prefer this as I do not want to comandeer the house TV.

I usually go to the authority https://docs.python.org/2/using/windows.html for Python 2.7 (some older Imports need this) or https://docs.python.org/3.3/using/windows.html for Pyhton 3.3 if you want latest production. All the above links work as well.
