As the title says i'm new to the raspberry pi and I would like some help doing my raspberry pi mobile computer. What parts should I buy? Which raspberry pi model should I get? How hard is it to build?

I would love some help (I'm 16 btw) so any offers?

The first thing you should do is see if there is a Raspberry Pi club near you, or if classes are being taught at a local museum (which is what I do where I work in North Carolina.)  You're not actually building the computer, you're assembling components, i.e. monitor, keyboard.  Whether you start with a model B+ or the newer Model 2 depends a bit on what you intend to do with it.  In my classes we always start with a B+.

I highly recommend the book, Raspberry Pi User Guide, Third Edition by Eben Upton & Gareth Halfacree. Well worth the cost.

Hi there, I've had a RPi for a while but haven't got into yet myself properly, it's my winter project really. I would suggest you start with a RPi 2 B, it's the latest and considerably better than the original. Make sure you get a proper PSU designed for the RPi, the new one seems to be a bit sensitive to voltage drop, and use as short a USB lead as possible; if you see the glowing "rainbow" square in the top right corner of your screen it's means there is a problem with the supply voltage, the more it glows the worse the problem is. One of the projects I want to do is, like you, build a portable one, take a look at https://learn.adafruit.com/touch-pi-portable-raspberry-pi it's like what I want to do do but I want to use a larger screen. Good luck with your projects, you'll find this a very useful forum to find out all sorts of useful tips just reading the posts, even if the subject is not directly related to a problem/question you may have.
