It's kinda the same, but different.
I'm still waiting to get a hold of a Raspberry Pi 5 myself, we have one shared internally at the moment and that's being passed around to be able to confirm some details!

I'm expecting some changes/improvements to the diagram - but not a great deal! Mainly some of the naming, as the RP1 ( RP1 Datasheet - Peripheral Controller Datasheet Draft ) chip now handles the pinmuxing and GPIO, and has GPIO of its own.
I believe the RP1 dedicates 0-27 of its GPIO to the 40-pin block on the Pi 5 to be used, changed, etc.
There are also new headers on the board, for composite video to the fan and real-time clock battery.
Fortunately, it looks like the majority of your HATs will still be pin compatible!
