The WM5102 as shipped from the factory is almost perfect for creating a soft crossover. The only problem is that the LHPF filters are only first order. If there were just an adjustment to allow selecting order (up to 4) and preferably shape (such as LinkwitzRiley or some other audio shape) the chip would be perfect.
I'd be willing to pay to have someone write the DSP code to do this. Or I'd pay to see the documentation to let me do this. I can easily write the code but the WM5102 has no DSP documentation available.
