Live stream video software help

Wanting to live stream video to view on the blynk app for a large droid I am Building. What is the best os and software to put on the raspberry pi 3 to be able to do this

I am wanting to use a rasp 3 for streaming video that I can access from anywhere by a ip address I have the raspberry pi 3 with a camera module installed. I have raspin installed but can change if needed. I have tried tutorial after tutorial and always run into something. A file it can't find ect.. I want to use this an a robot that I have built I am using the app blynk the rasp won't do anything but video..
