Anyone skilled with gerbering is able to built a Rasberry pi b3+ hat to add a secondary sd card where you can put all your roms of games inside it? Whithout removeing the Operating System SD !?

Also, an option (if it isn't ruled out for other reasons) could be to use USB, there are USB to micro SD card adaptors that are tiny. High speed isn't needed for the (presuming) retro game ROMs, since they are usually tiny in file size too and can be read quickly and cached.
I was just thinking the same. As a matter of fact, IMHO the only case where an extra-sd card reader is needed is when you absolutely need -always - a second SD card. But there are plenty of USB readers of any kind...
