Whenever a new roadtest is announced, it seems there's usually one entry that appears almost immediately. Surely you can't even have read about the product in that time, never mind thought about how you might road test it and written a reasonable proposal.
I sometimes wonder exactly what's in that application. Is it just a "Pick me! I'll do it." shot in the dark? Maybe someone has seen one of the "Would you be interested in road testing..." polls and has fully researched the product and written a proposal just in case. Maybe it's a test application to make sure the process works. Unless the E14 staff have any insights they can share, it may forever remain a mystery.
