Ok On the reprap.org page they give suggestions for wire and crimping tools to use too. You'll need buy some form of crimping tool if you don't already have a suitable one or creating a bunch of these…

    Hello,

With a little Googling I managed to find a bunch of answers.

How about this for the NEMA17:

    or this one:

    And for the Base2 MKS:

So you don't need to know the pinout, you just need to know what type of connectors to buy to plug into the board and steppers?

    Have you looked here? http://reprap.org/wiki/Stepper_wiring

On that page they recommend some JST parts. Please double check the specs for the following parts to ensure they match the motors and boards you have before ordering as I haven't used these motors or that board myself so am going from what I can find with quick searches.

This would be the 6 way housing: http://www.digikey.co.uk/product-detail/en/jst-sales-america-inc/PHR-6/455-1162-ND/608604

This would be the 4 way housing: http://www.digikey.co.uk/product-detail/en/jst-sales-america-inc/PHR-4/455-1164-ND/608606

The pins for these connectors would be: http://www.digikey.co.uk/products/en?keywords=455-2148-1-ND

    Best Regards,
