When it starts, the nozzle needs to heat up to about 190 degrees or more which can take a few minutes. Also if it has a heated bed the bed can take quite a while to heat up. Nothing moves until the correct temperatures are reached. Check to see if the right things are heating up.

gcode needs to be created specifically for your printer. Are you using the example that came with the printer?

Here is a pretty good guide to the A8:

Nope still just shows that print on the lcd won't move and then deletes the gcode that I try to run. well I'm at a dead end I've even scrolled through the gcode on the sd card that came with it to see if there was something not being added in and no differences between the two just xyz if nothing else going to see if maybe it's the sd card that's all I can think that might cause the problem.

You may be wondering how long it takes to assemble this printer and you may not like the idea of assembling it in the first place. But if you are anything like me you will have a blast putting this printer together and you will also learn how a lot about how a 3D printer works. for more issues you can also search hp printer offline windows 10  and you will get the help.
