Hi all!
I'm excitedly awaiting delivery of my new 3D printer (how cool those words sound!) Its a makerbot, it arrives next week and I CANT wait!!
I'm new to this, I've got Sketchup downloaded and am working through it now to create a personalised Pi case for my niece 
-> has anyone experienced anything better? So far so good but there are reviews that say it isn't the easiest to do intricate work with - it should be fine for my Pi work at least! I don't mind paying if there are better solutions for helping me do some rapid prototyping (I'm a freelance electronics designer)
Any experiences that can guide me?
