Nice turbine,
but your tip clearance looks excessive and you blades need more pitch.
What are you trying to do with it? Is it just a cool demonstration piece or is it part of a larger plan?

I'm happy with the pitch for now. I've had it up,to 7000 rpms off air. I can test the rpms with fuel because it needs a regulato. I've redesigned it a little and waiting for the new parts. I have a dozen projects for it.
