I have had mine for a few months now and im currently not so convinced at that statement "This is Robox! Designed to be the simplest, most reliable and comprehensive 3D printing platform available."
I have been fighting with issues since I recieved mine, I do have to comment Robox Support though, there quick and very helpful and have been tirelesly working with me to resolve my issues
Being in Canada, it would be very expensive to send it back to them for service / checkup which would have been the easiest thing to do, instead and as part of my choice, they are working with me remotly to diagnose anf remediate the issues
The primary issues being the Bed Alignment in that it is not flat across the print platform. I have high sports in the rear right, low in the front right where the left side is "Just right" sounds kinda like a certain nursary rhime story so no calibration and height adjustment gets me working across the bed without wither hitting the bed ir printing in mid air. It sounds worse than it is but remember were only talking about 0.2mm thick prints so it does not take much to throw it off
anyway, I have some parts on the way and will record the process as I fit them along with after repair testing
